Bengals rookie wide receiver Andrei Iosivas is having a solid opening training camp in his NFL career and it prompted some love from NFL Network's Peter Schrager.
"Yoshi's" early impact earned him the 10th spot on Schrager's 'Preseason 10 to pull for" list.
"Wide receiver sixth-round pick burner and I will tell you from good sources, has been turning heads at camp," Schrager said on Good Morning Football "One of the most loaded wide receiver rooms in the league but here we go."
The show highlighted Iosivas's 2022 Ivy League heptathlon crown. An athletic versatility that the rookie is showing off on the Bengals' practice field.
Iosivas is trying to become the first Princeton wide receiver in the past 50 years to notch 800 career NFL receiving yards.
"He is a long shot in a loaded room and yet has been awesome and has been one of the heroes of camp," Schrager said. "They're loving this kid."
"It's not every year that a track athlete out of Princeton is turning everyone's heads in an NFL training camp. @Bengals rookie WR Andrei Iosivas has done just that."
